Shipping Policy

At Superdex, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing And Shipping Times

All orders require processing time before they are shipped. Processing time is the amount of time needed to prepare, produce, and package your order before it leaves our fulfillment center.

Estimated timelines are listed below:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our fulfillment center.

Typical transit times are:

United States: 5 to 9 business days

Canada: 5 to 9 business days

International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs and location

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers. Delivery may be affected by holidays, weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak season backlogs. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available carrier rates.

Any free shipping offers, flat rate shipping options, or express shipping options will be displayed at checkout when available.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. This tracking link will provide updates from the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy And Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, and country.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that the package can be rerouted.

Superdex is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

Incorrect postal codes

Unclaimed packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and reshipment costs.

Returned To Sender

If your package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you with available options.

You may be able to:

Reship the order to the correct address, with reshipping fees billed to the customer

Receive store credit for the eligible item value, minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Damaged Or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier when needed. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include a replacement item, store credit, or another approved solution based on the order details.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and item.

If possible, keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued after the claim or review process is completed.

Lost Parcels

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, or the local carrier office.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the estimated or confirmed delivery date. We will review the situation and assist with the next steps.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel was lost, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or another approved resolution.

Import Duties And Taxes For International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other fees required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are outside of our control, but we will assist with available documentation or carrier communication when possible.

If duties or taxes are refused:

The package may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

A refund may be issued for the value of the items, minus return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
