Refund Policy

At Superdex, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

Refunds

All approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method, except in the following cases:

The order has not yet been processed.

The customer has already placed a replacement order for the correct item or size.

Returned Items

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued as store credit.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, whether the refund is issued as store credit or back to the original payment method.

Restocking fees may apply to returned items that do not meet resalable condition requirements.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Returned To Sender

If a package is returned to us, you may choose one of the following options:

Reship the order to the correct address. Reshipping fees will apply.

Receive store credit to place a new order. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Superdex is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by:

Incorrect addresses.

Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

Unclaimed packages.

If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Duties And Taxes For International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.

If duties or taxes are refused:

The package may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

A refund may be issued for the value of the items, minus return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are non refundable.

The value of any discount used at checkout will not be credited, refunded, transferred, or added back to a future order.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in one of two ways:

Added directly to your customer account.

Issued as a code that can be applied at checkout.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.

Damaged Or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier when needed. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include:

A replacement item.

A store credit refund.

Another approved solution based on the order details.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thesuperdex.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
